Mr Olympia Motivation




Hi,

The 2013 Mr. Olympia is in the books. Phil Heath is still the champion and my boy Jay Cutler finished 6th. It is always a very big weekend for me to watch the Superbowl of Bodybuilding. I have a lot of work to do. Here is what I will accomplish today.


  1. 200-250 grams of protein
  2. 3 chest and back exercises plus 30 minutes cardio
  3. prepare my food and clothes for tomorrow
  4. go see Generation Iron

I have sabotaged myself so much and for no noble reason or cause. I hate myself. Maybe my potential scares me so I do not live up to it. I will be building a support team and shout out to
 Edgar Benitez for being my top advisor.
