New Workout plan

Hi,

I start work and school this week so I am implementing the 3 day split workout plan. It goes as follows:

  1. Sunday: Chest/Back day with Pre-workout cardio and post.
  2. Tuesday: Legs day with Pre-workout cardio only
  3. Thursday: Shoulders/Arms with Pre-workout and post.
Cardio every morning on the p.o.s exercise bike Edgar gave me. Jay Cutler is a fan of cardio on empty and I will be as well.

Eating will be as follows
  • Breakfast: Egg substitute with Ezekiel bread. (6 a.m)
  • Shake (9 a.m)
  • Lunch: Meat and vegetables (12:30 pm)
  • Shake (3:00 p.m))
  • Post workout shake (4:30 p.m)
  • Dinner: Meat (5:15 p.m)
I will update you soon on my supplements and progress. My weight has been steady but my pants size has been going in the right direction. The muscles look great and I have a few pieces of clothes I can wear with pride. Rome wasn't built in a day. Neither will my championship body.
