I am down 4.2 pounds from Sunday! My weekly goal for the month of Vegan has been hit. I had great sleep last night and have stayed on track with dieting and exercise. Days of rest are when I see the most weight loss. I haven't been starving myself at all and I stay hydrated.
3 mile walk today and fun with Michael. Today is going to be great. Hard work pays off and for the first time in a long time I am working hard.
