Vincent S has brought it to my attention that my blog has run a muck. I do use it as my personal outlet but I will involve more information on my workout and diet. As you know a life is made up of more than these 2 aspects but it is a big part of J.D.B.F
Today I did the F.S.T-7 routine:
10 minutes warm up cardio
3 sets of bent over rows (after 2 warm up sets)
4 sets of pull downs (using various grips. Underhand, wide grip and behind the neck)
3 sets of pull overs
7 sets of machine rows
I then did 6 sets of triceps work. My arms were fried and I was cramping a bit
I finished the workout off with 15 minutes of cardio
The Pre workout consists of 2 Lipo-6 fat burners
The Post workout is One scoop protein powder, one scoop Volu Gro, multi-vitamin and Arginine and Glutamine.

In my personal life, there was an Ipad situation where my mother was going to buy Michael an Ipad and Michelle had a heart attack because it was her idea. I assured her it wasn't going to be "Michael's Birthday gift" and her idea was safe. After she blasted me and my mother in 1000 texts.
